I mean only 2 stars out of 5 should tell you something. Give the people a chance and you might not get such a bad rep. If the staff read this you seriously need to loosen up your machines. It's not even fun when you're just losing all the time. I hate this place and will never go back to waste anymore money. So thick and stinky that I walk out smelling like a cigarette. This casino will just flat out eat your money and not pay even close to what you lost when or if it ever goes to bonus. So your odds of winning in Vegas are much better.
Meanwhile at Vegas or most other places the payback % is at least 90 percent. If I had to guess what the payback percentage is on these machines I'd say it's around 10 or 20 percent. I called one time to speak to a manager about the slot payback percentage but he wasn't in and was told he would call me. One time I got a bonus and it never paid me one penny. If you do hit the bonus the payouts are usually pretty crappy.
Their machines are so tight that you can spend 200 dollars on. I've been to this casino numerous times hoping to win big or even just win something but never do.
