LAS VEGAS (KTNV) - The Southern Nevada Health District is investigating two cases of Legionnaires' disease that have been reported in guests who stayed at The Orleans Hotel & Casino.Īccording to a news release from the district, the cases were reported in December 2022 and January 2023.
